Show captain mm Captain James B. Adams, one of the general officials of the United States forestry service, with headquarters head-quarters at Washington, D. C.r who has been Inspecting the district offices of-fices throughout- the west, left Ogden yesterday after completing a short stay in this city. Captain Adams has visited the offices offi-ces at Missoula, Mont., Portland, Ore., and San Francisco, Cal. Speaking Speak-ing of the conditions throughout the west, tho forestry man said that they were very promising. He stated that most of "tho disagreements between the stockmen and the chiefs of the various grazing departments had dissolved dis-solved themselves Into more differences differ-ences and were being amicably settled. set-tled.
