Not more than a dozen men worked in the shops today, the' main force of men leaving last nlghL The shops will not be opened for regular work until Tuesday morning, becauso or Monday being a hoIlda The officials of the company, while not expressing themselves in a definite def-inite manner, seem to be of tho opinion opin-ion that further conferences will be held by tho general officials of tho system before any strike call will bo considered. This appears to be the view of the employes also, although it is apparently not based on authoritative author-itative information. Should there be a call for a Btrike, it will be sent out simultaneously to all the points along the Harrlman. line and will affect about 25,000 men, on |
