During the day the daughter accepted ac-cepted an invitation to spend a few hours with frlnnds and during her" absence the aged twoman became confused con-fused and appealed to the police when she could not locate her relative.- She was taken to a downtown hotel, where a room was engaged for her. The daughter, obtaining trace of her mother during tho'.evcnlnc, called up the hotel on the telephone, but learning learn-ing that her mother was comfortably esUHbllshed for the night, decided to let her remain' at the hotel.'
