Show 00 KAYSVILLE WOMA DEAD AFTER LONG, ACTIVE LIFE Kavsvlllo, Sept 1 Mrs. Eliza Hud-gon Hud-gon of Robins, 'Idaho, fromerly of Kavsvllle and a pioneer of Utah, died at "the Dee hospital In Ogden early this morning followiug an operation for gall stones. She was sixty-four years old and had resided in Utah and Idaho since 1819, having crossed the plains with her parents in a handcart company while but two years of ufo. She was born at Winter Quarters, now Council Bluffs, Iowa. lu the memorable winter of IS 17, when the placo was the halfway half-way house for Mormon emigrant trains. Her parents were Mr and Mrs. George Robins, who were among the first settlers of Davis county. Besides her husband, George Hudson Hud-son sho leaves nine children and three brothers, Tho children arc Mrs. Clara Hanson of Pocatello, Mrs, Nora Sheffield Shef-field of Cardston. Albortn, Canada; Mrs Marv Chrislensen of illoblns, Idaho; Ida-ho; Mrs." Frank Smith of Cleurfleld, Miss Laura Hudson of Kaysvlllc, Mrs. L.omax of Salt Lake, Parley It. Hudson Hud-son of Kaysvllle, George R. Hudson and D. R. Hudson of Great Falls, Mout. Hor brothers are Edward Robins. Rob-ins. Charles Robins, both of Iayton, and Thomas H. Robins of Kaysvillo. Tho body will he brought hero for burial. |
