A thousand thou-sand or more lnsurrectos, under the joint command of Juan Cabral and Antonio Garcia, who overrun the Arlz-pe Arlz-pe district and( occupied the town of Arlzpo severals days ago, are moving northward toward the United States border. The Mexican officials here believe they aro Intent upon another attack on Agua Prleta, opposite Douglas, Doug-las, Ariz. The lnsurrectos are reported short of ammunition.
