Show PROVO' CITIZENS BUSY. PROVO, Utah, April 12. When the thermometer dropped to 27 degrees at 10 o'clock tonight, the clang of bells and the roar of whistles throughout the city roused every sleeper and called every public spirited citizen to tho orchards.
