Show mum lady NOSE, According to a Brlgham weekly paper, pa-per, an automobile party from Ogden came to grief In the Box Elder city, Sunday night, a woman in the party having her nose broken. The names of the persons occupying the motor car at the time of the accident are not given. The machine Is said to have been traveling at a high rate of speed on South Main street, when tho driver's hat blew off. In tho chauffour's effort ef-fort to grab his hat he lost control of the steering apparatus, and the machine lurched to one side and crashed Into a tree. A woman and baby were on the rear seat and were thrown into the front of the car. While the woraan'6 nose was broken the child escaped with but slight bruises. Tho same pnper tells of another automobile au-tomobile accident which occurred south of Brlgham, Sunday night, in which an automobile crashod Into a buggy driven by Alfred Ward of Wll-lard. Wll-lard. The buggy was reduced to fragments frag-ments nnd the driver was rendered unconscious. In the automobile were Norman Jen-son. Jen-son. Chester Knudsen. Dan Johnson, Wnrren Knudsen and Alfred Olson of Brlgham. Nono of the occupants of the motor enr were injured. Ward, although thought to be seriously Injured In-jured at the time, Is now out of danger. |
