F Copeland and Louis Von Phul at the Brown Palace hotel a month ago. Mrs. Springer was on the stand but a lew minutes when she was excused In order that the defendant, Ilenwood might first testify Henwood then proceeded pro-ceeded to tell of the events in th bar-rcom at the Brown Palace hotek preceding the shooting.
