Other sales mado by Mr. Parsons during tho day were Four city lots in the Nevada addition, addi-tion, on Twentieth streot and Wall avenue, av-enue, to Carl A. Thedell for building purposes. Mr Thedell will erect residences res-idences on the property in tho near future. Two residences- In tho same district sold to Al Anderson of Huntsville, who, with his son, will occupy them within the next, few days. A residence to. J. D. Burrington and one to Wlllmm W. Harcombe on Jackson Jack-son avenue, between Twenty-third and Twenty-fourth streets. While real estate deals are rather short at this time, Mr. Parsons Is optimistic op-timistic regarding tho futuro of Ogden.
