" 7T. TE-V THE WEBER . RIVER Southern Pacific officials aro now expecting the arrival of material for tho erection of a new double-track bridge ovor tho Wcbor river west of this city. Tho steel for use In the erection of the span has been shipped from the east and is expected to arrive within a few days ,Whon it appears the work of constructing a bridge over the second crossing of tho Weber river riv-er will begin at once. This work will be dono by the railroad company under un-der the personal supervision of Assistant As-sistant Chief Engineer J L. Wltten-myor, Wltten-myor, who Is building1 the second track between Lucin and Montollo Mr. Wlttenmyer was In Ogden yesterday yes-terday afternoon and stated that tho work upon which he Is now engaged is progressing satisfactorily. The engineer en-gineer is stationed at Tccoma,from which point he directs tho work of track building All of the material Is on hand for the double track work of the Lucln-Montello section. oo
