Show EDUCATORS TO ELECT OFFICERS SAN FRANCISCO, July 12'. It genoral program neanr finished, tho National Educational association pre parod tonight for its annual election tonight, the report of tho resolutions committeo is to be received and amendments to the bylaws prepared by a committee appointed two years ago are to bo offered for final ac tlon. Tonight the so-called progressives or lnsurgonts expressed confldonco that the nominating committeo formally for-mally named at tonight's session bj President Ella Flagg Young would choose Carroll G Pcarse of Milwaukee Milwau-kee for tho presidency. Mrs Young, by ciiBtom, will become first vlco president, and 11 others will be named ,as will a treasurer. Miss Katherino D. Blake of New York, who presented last joar at Boston the minorlt) report which nominated Mrs. Youug, has been mentioned men-tioned for the troasureshlp and Du-rand Du-rand W Springer of Detroit, tho prea-ont prea-ont treasurer, also is rcgardod as a good possibility Dr Irwin Shopard of Winona, Minn., the present secrc tar , enters the second year of a four-yoar four-yoar term.
