Show WHEN UTAH IS MADE "DRY" That any beverage which will produce pro-duce intoxication shall bo considered as intoxicating llqhor, inder tho new regulation nnd prohibition laws, was tho decision of tho liquor committee at its sesBion this morning. The clause written by the committee reads that any spirituous beverage, either fermented or distilled, which is capable cap-able of produclug intoxication in tho person drinkjng It, shall constitute Intoxicating In-toxicating liquor. This decision was reached by the committee without the aid of any liquor li-quor experts, although It consumed considerable time. It was also dacldcd that all mixtures of fermented and distilled liquors and dilations or them will he classed among the tabooed. It was written that all llquois which are adulterated must bear a stamp tolling of the adulteration adultera-tion and giving the names of the properties prop-erties used in the adulteration. The committee docrecd that nothing In the prosent act shall prevent tho serving of liquor in .public dining halls with meals. No saloon must. In any way. be connected with a brothel; there must bo no dumb waiter carrying carry-ing liquor from one to the other and no othor mechanical dovicc for the purpose of convolng an intoxicating beverage from the saloon to the brothel. broth-el.
