Should any of our business bus-iness houses endeavor to sell goods In that manner we assume they would be compelled to take out a license Tor doing so. Is the peddler a person who Is. entitled to special privilege or Is this simply neglect on the part of the city fathers that they are allowed allow-ed to operate In town without a license? li-cense? Tf the peddler is allowed to operate without a fee. why not let the local markets do likewise? It seems to us thnt there is discrimination dis-crimination somewhere, and our city fathors should have It eliminated.
