Supporters of General Arnulfo Gomez, military commandant at Vera Cruz, styling themselves the "anti-reelection party," have announced tho presidential candidacy can-didacy of Gomez, while suporters of General Francisco Serrano, governor of the federal district, have announced Serrano's candidacy.
