Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah July 25, 1917. Notice is hereby given that J. D. Ryan, whose post office address is Newhouse, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate two (2) second-feet of water from Vance Spring, Beaver' County, Utah. Said spring is situated situ-ated at a point which bears south 4S degrees 21 minutes, west 26,221 feet from the southwest corner of Township 27 south, Range 17 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. Said water will be diverted at the spring and conveved by means of a ditch for a distance of 200 feet and there used from March 1 to September 30, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 160 acres of unsurveyed land embraced em-braced approximately in Section 21, Township 28 south, Range 18 west. As much of said water as may be necessary will be used during the entire en-tire year for domestic purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 7276. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
