Show i NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. Dec. 12, 1917. Notice is hereby given that Ida C. Bulloch, whose post-office address is Cedar City, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate one (1) second-foot of water from the East Fork and one (1) second-foot of water from the West Fork of Reservoir Canyon Creek in Beaver County. The water from the EaBt Fork will be diverted at a point 1320 ft. south and 600 ft. west of the southeast corner of Section Sec-tion 5, Township 29 South, Range 18 West, Salt Lake base and meridian, merid-ian, and the water from the West Fork will be diverted at a point 450 ft. east and 225 ft. north of the north quarter corner of said Section 5. The water from the two forks will be commingled at a point 1320 ft. west and 300 ft. north of the northeast corner of said Section 5, where it will be diverted and conveyed in a ditch a distance of 100 ft. and there used, whenever available, from January Jan-uary 1 to December 31, inclusive of each year, to irrigate 80 acres ef un-surveyed un-surveyed land embraced approximately approxi-mately in the E of SE1 of Section Sec-tion 32, Township 2S South, Range 18 West. This application is designated desig-nated in the State Engineer's Office as No. 7498. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
