Show Cleveland to . France, Back C. M. Cleveland, the former railroad officer for the Salt Lake with headquarters at. Mil- ford, has been heard from again. It will be remembered that Cleveland was a naval re- serve and reported to his com- pany at San Diego soon after war was declared. He was iast heard from as he was sailing through the Panama canal on the cruiser St. Louis. Another card received this week is from New York and states that he has just returned from a voy- age of 8;000 miles, which would indicate that he was with the convoy of the troops to France. He has been in sight of land only three days during the trip going and coming. Cleveland is one of-the finest specimens of physical manhood ever in Mil- ford and his picturesque dress and demeanor would be notice- able anywhere. He is sure see- ing real active service for Uncle- Sam. |
