Show McSORLEY AT THE OLD CAVE MINE If there is a mining man in the county who deserves to win in the fascinating game of met- al mining it is our friend James McSorley. McSorley has been plugging away in the old Cave mine for years. He staVs up in the old mountain cave property which in years past has pro- duced several good fortunes. And he is as confident of winn- ing today as when he first drove a pick into the precious sides of the old hole in" the ground. There is a lot of good shipping ore ready to handle. But Mc- Sorley is after something big or nothing and he is sure to get it. It is certainly in that old cave somewhere. It is not probable that all the fortunes that Moth- er Nature tucked fncj the big pockets of the old Ugly-Face mountain have been appropri- ated by former lessees or own- ers. The Cave is now largely owiied by Harry Lawrence of Salt Lake City, but it will be Jim McSorley who will find, the treasure if there is any left. For McSorley is buoyed by an optimism that is refreshing in these pessimistic times and he is constantly on the job. |
