Show Milford GCC Notes (By Hollie E. Tolar) Five men of Company 469, three i "old" men and two new men, were , discharged from this camp Sunday, December IS. Most of the old men I regretted the loss of three of their : best friends. There were about 30 I men at the depot when they left. I Harry C. Hair, leader of Com- pany 469, Milford, look leave Sun-I Sun-I day to go home. Hair is a native f Minden, Louisiana. We all wish him much luck and best wishes on his trip to his home and return. Lieutenant Rupert Ingram, commanding com-manding officer of Company 469, Jias taken leave and, accompanied by his family, has returned to I Alabama, their home state, to re- main through the Christmas holi- days. Lieutenant Julius Sabbaek ! is commanding officer in Lieuten-ant Lieuten-ant Ingram's absence. Company 469 regrets the loss of Enrollee James F. Stewart, who i recently came from Salt Lake City, to liven the boys' existence with piano music, only to go home to attend school. Enrollee Stewart was one of the best pianists the C C C has ever had. I o |
