Show y There appears to be quite a number of local people who are sincerely interested in child delinquency delin-quency and to such we suggest the reading of an article in the April 29 issue of the Saturday Evening Post. It tells of how a 33-year old juvenile judge handled the situation in Phoenix, Arizona a i war-swollen community where conditions con-ditions were bad. He first had the delinquent youngsters brought into court one evening then the parents par-ents of those children, even though it took about all night to accomplish accom-plish this phase of the session. Result: only a scattered few youngsters were found in a latrj-roundup latrj-roundup and juvenile crime has become almost a thing of the past! V |
