Acting on this suggestion, Mr. Armstrong, accompanied by M. ';P. Included in this party were B. H. Prater, chief maintenance en- gineer for the Los Angeles and Salt i Lake, the Oregon Short Line and j Oregon Navigation and Transportation Transporta-tion company, western subsidiaries of the Union Pacific system; with A. I L. Coey, superintendent, and N. E. ! McKinnon, trainmaster, for the Los J Angeles and Salt Lake line. |
