MIDVALE A dispute over a 14 acre ac-re farm in Union, near here, between tenant and landlord was taken to the Third district court when H. T. Jensen, Jen-sen, tenant, filed suit against Jacob H. Griffiths, the landlord, for $9748 damages. The tenant's complaint sets forth that he leased the farm from Griffiths last April and was assured that the crops from the land would return re-turn $1500 a year. In August, be alleges, al-leges, the landlord refused to let him harvest the crops. Jensen then vacated the premises and filed suit, he alleges. alleg-es. LOGAN The official opening of the new library building at the Utali Agricultural Agri-cultural college was held at the college col-lege recently.
