Show Iron Mining Group Files First Papers .Designed to engage in iron mining min-ing operations in Iron county, articles artic-les of incorporation were filed Saturday Sat-urday in Third district court for the Columbia Iron Mining company. The organization is capitalized for $1,-000,000, $1,-000,000, divided into 10.000 shareis of $100 par value. Officers of the firm are A. T. De-Korest, De-Korest, president; L. F. Rains, vice president; H. F. Wilson, secretary, and W. A. Rosb. treasurer, all of San Francisco, and W. R. Phibbs of Provo, general manager. The officers offic-ers also comprise the board of directors, direc-tors, each of whom has subscribed to 1500 shares of stock. The company owns and has options op-tions on 87 iron mining claims in the Pinto and Iron Springs districts i of Iron county, which, with property proper-ty in Cedar City, is estimated to have a value of $750,000. A total of $61,091.92 in cah has been received re-ceived for the subscribed stock, the articles state. The articles also state that an office of-fice will be maintained in Salt Lake although monthly directors' meet- jing9 may b held elsewhere. |
