Kdmlston, president of the Walla Walla Savings bank of Seattle, who baa been a fugitive from Justice since his conviction in 189,', has been pardoned par-doned by Governor Marlon E. Hay and can now return to this country. Edmiston was found guilty of accepting ac-cepting deposits after he knew that the bank was Insolvent and was sen tenced to two years in the penitentiary. peniten-tiary.
