The basket ball game between Mur-1 Mur-1 dock and Millard Academy at 3:30 Thanksgiving day was hotly contested 1 by each team. Although the score stood 42 to 29 In favor of Murdock the game was exciting from start to finish and our team did very commendable ' work from the practice the boyt have 1 had. The students were there with their cheering and songt and the ' gymnasium was packed with spectators. specta-tors. The dance In the evening also 1 had a large attendance. The celebration celebra-tion of the day before did not seem to ' detract any interest from the studies ' on Friday, which tpetkt very highly for the students. Separate meetings for the boyt and 1 girls were held during theology period 1 Tuesday. Mra. E. B. Theobald gave the girls an excellent talk on health.. Prof. Peterson talked to the boyt.
