Delicious Delic-ious refreshments were served, and an enjoyable time was the result. The people of Selplo have been en-Joying en-Joying Cage's electric picture shows. They were Interesting and educational. A successful conjoint session was held Sunday, December 7, and the following fol-lowing program rendered: Ucture. "Vacation," II. L. Robins. Song, Roxle Esklulid. Heading, "Courage," Wells Robins. Song, Archie Qusmberg and company. com-pany. Story, "Zerahamla Shepherd," Hose Jensen. Sacred music, Merle Allen. Next Friday night a farmers dance will be given under the auspices of the Y. L. M. I. A. Lunch will be sola at the Relief Hall. The new orchestra will furnish music. Owing to the recent snow storm the wood dance has been postponed. Mr. and Mrs. Win. McArthur entertained enter-tained Sunday evening in honor of Mr, and Mrs. Dan Olsen of Clifton, Ida., formerly of Selplo. Messrs. Edward Peterson and WI5-bert WI5-bert Ivle have returned home after several months' absence. Mr. and Mrs. Reno Memmott are at their old borne again. Dr. Stevens of Fillmore was called to make the examination of the boys Insured here this week. Miss Alice Esklund is at her old post In Thompson & Peterson's storeirfter a serious illness. Many people are seeing things in a bright light, duo to the fact that they have had gas light Installed in their homes, Messrs. Joseph Miller and Wlllard Peterson were Salina visitors last week. Will Strange went to Salina Monday on business for J. P. Peterson. Messrs. Brlggs and Buchanan are visitors In Selplo. Dr. Christie Is expected In Selplo this week. Many patients are anxiously anx-iously awaiting him. Many of the Selplo men bave returned re-turned home from the Sevier dam, where they have been working for the past few months. |
