Show WATER USERS' ASSOCIATION. The Water Users' Association held Itt annual election of officers last Saturday and there was a large attendance. at-tendance. There were several candidates can-didates for each office and the result of the election was as follows: President, George Campbell; vice-president, vice-president, 8. II. Thompson; recording secretary, Frank Foote; financial sec retary. H. Fredericks; executive committee, com-mittee, Abbott, Watt and King; doorkeeper, door-keeper, F. Belston; entertainment committee, com-mittee, Campbell, Thompson and Foote. An amendment to the by laws was made providing for the election of door keeper and entertainment committee com-mittee and defining their dutlea. A tpecial committee conaltting of Campbell, Camp-bell, Thompson and Leuthlser was appointed ap-pointed to tee the proper officials and bave tome dangerous brldget repaired. Retiring President Watt made a abort talk showing what the Association Associa-tion had accomplished during the past year; aald there was greater harmony between the Association and the Delta company and urged the hearty support of the new officers by every member. President-elect Campbell also made a good talk and tald the officers could accomplish nothing without the loyal support of the members He hoped every settler on the project would Join the Association. The roll call showed 74 members In good standing. The next entertainment of the Association As-sociation w ill be held on December 19 There will be a debate on the question. Resolved.
