ORDER RESTORED AT VERA CRUZ No Anti-foreign Demonstrations Follow Fol-low Arrival of Warships. Washington. Rear Admiral McLean, eommanding American naval forces in Mexican waters, sent a long wireless report to the navy department on Monday Mon-day on conditions at Vera Cruz. He said no further anti-foreign demonstrations demonstra-tions had occurred since the arrival of the battleships Luisiana and New Hampshire. In Mexico City, the dispatches said, quiet prevailed and normal commercial commer-cial and industrial conditions had been restored. The wireless plant at the capital had been put in complete working work-ing order.
