Notice Is hereby given that tbe vacant unappropriated public lands la the following described area, which waa excluded from the Nebo National Forest, Utah, and withdrawn for classification clas-sification under the act of June 25, 1910 (36 Stat., 147), by executive order of tbe President, dated March 3, 1913, If not otherwise withdrawn or reserved, reserv-ed, will, by authority of the Secretary of the Interior, be restored to the public domain, and become subject to settlement on and after 9 o'clock a. m standard time, Auguat 4, 1913, and the surveyed lands therein to entry on and after September 3, 1913, and tbe unsurveyed landa at that date to entry upon tbe filing of the plat of v survey, under the laws applicable thereto, at tba U.
