Show Notice of Intention NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of .Hinckley of the intention of such Board to make the following described describ-ed improvements to-wit; Constructing cement sidewalks in the territory included in the following described des-cribed District: All sidewalks on the west side of Main Street in the town of Hinckley and more particularly described as follows, fol-lows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 33 feet north and 33 feet west of the southeast corner of section 19, township 17 south, range 7 west of the Salt Lake Meridian, thence running due north on the west side ot Main Street 5785 feet. Also all sidewalks on the east side or Main street in the town of Hinckley, Ut., and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning 229 feet north and 33 feet east of the north west corner of section 20, township 17 south, range 7 west of the Salt Lake meridian, thence running run-ning due south on the east side of said Main street a distance of 3817 feet. Also all sidewalks on the north and south side of Academy Avenue and extending ex-tending 290 feet east from said Main street, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning 1508 feet south and 37 feet east of the north west corner of section 20, township 17 south range 7 west of the Salt Lake Meridian, thence east on north side of Academy avenue 290 feet, thence south across the street 66 feet to the south side of said Academy avenue, av-enue, thence west on the south side of Academy avenue 290 feet to the said Main street. Said cement walks to be four feet wide and four inches thick with three and one-fourth inch base and three-quarter three-quarter inch topping, in sidewalk district dis-trict No. 1 and to defray the abutters, portion of the costs and expense thereof there-of estimated at Five Thousand Eight hundred Thirty-seven and 40-100 Dollars Dol-lars ($5837.4(1), or 15c per front or linear foot of abutting property there being 9729 feet abutting on said portion of said improvements, by a local as-sesment as-sesment upon the lots and pieces of ground within the following described istrict, being the District to be affected af-fected and benefited by said improvement, improve-ment, namely: All sidewalks in paving District No. 1 herein before described. To total cost of 'said improvements is estimated at $5837.40, to be raised by local assessment. All protests and objections to the carrying car-rying out of such intention must be presented in writing stating therein the iot and block or other description of property lo the Town Clerk on or before be-fore the 26th day of July, A. D.; 1915, being the time set by the said Board of Trustees when it will hear and consider such protests and objections as may be made thereto. VanWinkle of Oklahoma City, Okla. , who made Entry No. 364, under provisions of Chapter 2, Title 75, Compiled Laws of Utah. 1907, as amerd-ed, amerd-ed, commonly known as the "Carey Act" which embraces ne se sej se of Section Sec-tion 6, nwj swl of section 5, township 18s of Range 6 West, do hereby give notice of my intention to make final proof to establish my claim to the land above described, and that I expect to prove that I have settled upon, reclaimed reclaim-ed and cultivated said lands as required by the laws and the rules and regulations regula-tions relative thereto, before Frank Beckwith, who is the authorized representative repre-sentative of the State Board of Land Commissioners of the State of Utah, at Delta.
