Visits Milford Project Chas. McClain returned Wednesday Wed-nesday from a trip to the Delta Land & Water Co's. project at Milford where he took some gentlemen gen-tlemen and sold them 400 acres of land under the Milford project. pro-ject. He accompanied W. J. Spencer, of the Western Securities Secur-ities Co., back in his car. With Mr. Spencer was his wife and Miss VanWarmer, of Tennesee. They will stay here for a week or so looking over the project and visiting. Mr. Spencer's company is headquartered in Lo? Angeles and they are selling sell-ing agents for the Delta people.
