Stolen Car Left Parked on Highway On Wednesday, n week ao, n report was made to Deputy Sheriff Sher-iff Jack Bennett, or n ear, apparently appar-ently deserted, on the highway several miles wesl of Hinekley. An investigation was made, and the oar brought into Delta. By cheeking cheek-ing through the auto theft department, depart-ment, it was learned that the car was reported stolon from San Francisco on May 21. It was n 1912 Chevrolet, with no license, and a registration. The car had nas in it, and so far there have been no clues as to why it was abandoned aband-oned there.
