Sub-Deb Club Initiates New Members Wednes. A new organization, the Sub-lJeb club has been recently oiinnized at the Delta high school and Wednesday Wed-nesday night, thirteen girls were initialed into the Hub, bringing the membership to 16. The club is sponsored by the Ladies Home Journal and is nationwide in scope. The purpose of the club is to develop pei sonalii ies, aid in the local school activities, help in all types of war work, and sponsor spon-sor any worthwhile cause that comes along. Dorothy Sanford, president of thi! club; Beverly Larson, vice-president vice-president and secretary; and Mary Beth Nelson, treasurer, along witli Miss Julia Finlinson their faculty advisor conducted the initiation ceremonies. The new members to enter the club were: Marilyn Snow, Shirley Sanford. Evelyn Killpack, Cheryl Bishop, Donna Ivy, Clorean Johnson, Luetla Sampson, Geneal Moody, Glenna Stucki, Flora May, Lucille Turner, Dawn Hilton and Peggy Black.
