OCR Text	Show Mayor's Proclamation On Cancer Drive In accordance with the State and National interest in the cancer campaign and the proclamation by the President of the United States, and Governor Maw, setting apart the month of April as Cancer Control Con-trol Month, I, Golden H. Black, Mayor of the City of Delta, do hereby urge all citizens to cooperate cooper-ate in putting over the Fund Drive as well as the educational campaign cam-paign in the move to control this deadly disease cancer.
