KILLPACK SERVICE Delta Utah Tap 22iy2 WE THINK that one of the best pieces of new equipment that we have installed is our new electric dish washing machine. In this washer we put the dirty dishes and they are thoroughly doused with a large volume of water heated to 150 degress. This cleans -them by forcing the large volume of hot water all over them from every angle. The second vat is the rinse, also heated to 150 degress. They are rinsed in this vat until the next dishes are ready for the rinse, and then they are placed in the final vat where the water is heated to 175 degrees, and allowed to get a thorough scalding before removing for drying. The dishes come out spotless, sanitary and after a polishing are ready for you, as-v as-v suring you of complete protection from any possible contamination. This is just one of the many items we have installed in our restaurant in order to make our service better cleaner and more appetizing to you. k Kitchen Completely Rebuilt k New Oil-Burning Range New Sinks New Tables and Shelves in Kitchen New Steam Table k New Refrigerator Sanitary Tile Wainscoting in Cafe k New Boothes and Counter Completely Renovated Painted and Cleaned (Bern (3S Harold Wind - Leland Sanderson Onwers WtiDW DDT Barn & Fly Spray DDT Alfalfa Dust 2-4-D Vhite Top & Morning Glory and Dandelion Spray Bulk Sweet Corn, Lawn Grass, White Dutch Clover, Crested Wheat Grass, White Blossom Sweet Clover, Yellow Yel-low Blossom Sweet Clover Alfalfa Seed MOODY BROTHERS |
