Show Memorial Day Services To Be Held by Legion Six Cemeteries to be Visited by Legionaires On Memorial Day The American Legion and Auxiliary Auxil-iary will conduct Memorial Day services at the cemeteries of West Millard on Tuesday, May 31. The members will meet in Delta on Tuesday morning at 8:30 o'clock and then go to Sutherland where the first services will be held at 9 o'clock. They go next to Hinckley and will hold services there at 10 a.m. The services in Deseret will be held at 11 a.m.; and Oasis at 12 noon. An hour will be taken out for lunch and then the Delta services will be held at 2 o'clock. The final services for the day will be held in Oak City at 3:30. The customary military services will be conducted at each cemetery. ceme-tery. Com. Brice Woods asks that all be present in Delta at 8:30 to start the day's tuor. Both 30-06 and 30-40 Krag ammunition am-munition will be available for use, so all Legionaires are requsted to bring their rifles. The speakers for the services are Verdell Bishop, at Sutherland and Hinckley; Albert Payne at. Oasis and Deseret; and. Golden Black, at Delta and Oak City. |
