Sheriff Moycra early this morning by telephone, denied tho report that "third dugreo" mothods had boon used by tho officials In securing tho confession from Kelly. Ho also domed do-med that a number of doputloa were with him nnd Kolly in tho cell. But tho four men wcro present, according accord-ing to tho sheriff. |
