Show Tabernacle. The tabernacle services Sunday were well attended, the lower lloor and gallery being tilled. After singing, sing-ing, prayer was olTercd by Orson Smith. Hishop Preston spoke at some length upon the financial conditions condi-tions of the peoule, and said he behoved be-hoved that there Is a marked Improvement Improve-ment therein. The law of tithing was better observed of late by many who here-to-forc had been somewhat dire-lect dire-lect In this regard. Ho piomlsed the people that If they would keep this law they would be blessed, for such was the pionilse of the Lord unto them. President Joseph F. Smith dwelt upon the subject of chaiity. Those who are charitable to their brethren and their fellowman will receive peace and contentment of mind. Piesldent Smith !poke in a commendable manner man-ner of the young people of Logan; thought they wero well developed In physical as well as moial training. He referred brielly to the personality of the Godhead, his remarks being in line with Ideas that have been expressed ex-pressed on this subject by the leading Elders of the church.
