Tho students of the Ilrlghatn Young College woie tendered a reception at that Institution last Saturday evening that was indeed most enjoyable. A piogramine was rendered, banquet served, and tho occasion honored In the presence of President Joseph F. Smith, Major Richard W. Young, Bishop Preston, and others prominently promi-nently connected with the institution. There was mirth, Jollity and such pleasures as wcie delightful to the student body, a greater portion of which was present. With tho friends present, there were probably six or seven hundred who were banqueted. The building was very tastefully uccoraieti in me college colors, bunting, bunt-ing, etc., and presented a charming appearance. The abovo distinguished guests, together with W. J.
