Show Weston, 'Idaho This town has had a great deal of sickness lately. There have been as many as eighteen persons at a time down with typhoid fever. Six have died and we are m6rc than grateful that the remainder are recovering. The farmers arc busy putting up their crops, and a large crowd is In tho canyon working on the reservoir. They are building It higher and stronger that wc may store nunc water. Last Wednesday evening theic was a grand reception given in honor of our lecently returned missionaries, Sister Roxy Nelson and Elder Ilyrum Jensen. Sister Nelson has labored in the Denver, Colo., mission, while Elder El-der Jensen has been in Spokane and Butte. He was released on account of the death of his wife. Apostle Cowley 'gave us-a call yesterday yes-terday and delivered a fine sermon to an attentive audience. Bishop Gassman and wife and 1'. J. Sandbcrg and wife went to. Preston last Friday evening to attend the grand banquet and musical entertainment entertain-ment at ttie Academy. Coburn & Bell and Rose & Nellson, railroad contractors, have returned from Glenns Ferry, Idaho, and expect to go down on the Los Angeles road at once. P. J.
