Show In a recent edition Representative Harnett was, done an Injustice He voted in favor of consolidation and after af-ter the vote changed his nyo to nay. His action wasattrlbuted to a lack of nerve to vote as ho believed right, tho Inference being that his only desire was to be on tho whining side. It appeals ap-peals that this view was Incorrect. Representative Harnett was with the I college heart and soul but In some way his pledge had been secured before he came to the legislature. This was a constant humiliation to him, but he was a man of his word and resolved to vote the first time as he had pledged himself.
