Show March of Dimes Walkathon plans completed Information concerning the upcoming Cedar City March of Dimes Walkathon is now being presented to the Cedar City Schools according to Iron County Walkathon Chairman, Jeanette Stoker. This 15 mile hike will take place Saturday, April lQth. All able bodied and willing residents of Iron County are invited to participate in this very wor-' thwhile cause. A drawing for prizes given by many merchants in the area, will take place following the walk for the stouthearted bringing in their sponsor pledges. Sponsors can be solicited for each participant for each completed mile. The route will be patrolled and followed very closely by KSUB Radio, the Iron County Sheriff and Jeep Patrol, the local PTA groups, local business organizations, City and State Dignitaries. Beginning at the Cedar City Park with registration at 9 a.m., the route will follow the Lund Highway out . to Radio KSUB transmitter where refreshments will be furnished, plus on-the-: spot interviews by KSUB personalities per-sonalities with some of the participants, and return back to Cedar City. Anyone wishing to assist this ' cause who is unable to walk would be appreciated.
