Show LEGAL NOTICE Pinyon-pine Nuts FOR SALE, United States Department of the Interior. Sealed Bids will be received by the District Manager, Bureau of Land Management, Ely District Office, Of-fice, Star Route 5, Box 1, Ely, Nevada 89301 until 10:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time, on August 20, 1976, for Pinyon-Pine Nuts designated for harvesting for the purpose of food. Before bids are submitted, full information in-formation concerning the conditions con-ditions and requirements of the Sale should be obtained from the above mentioned office. The right is hereby reserved to waive technical defects in this advertisement ad-vertisement and to reject any or all bids. The United States reserves the right to waive any inforality in bids received whenever such waiver is in the interest of the United States. The proposed sale is located in White Pine County on certain Federal lands in the Sacramento Pass area, in Townships 14, 15 and 16 North, Ranges 67 and 68 East (Mt. Diable Meridian) and in Lincoln County on certain Federal lands in the Kixmiller Pass area in Township 5 and 6 North, Range 65 East (Mt. Diable Meridian), and the Stateline Canyon area Township 2 North, Range 70 East. No bids will be accepted for more or less than 10 cents a pound. Awards will be made on the basis of the highest pounds guaranteed by the bidder in each sale area. A performance bond, payment of 20 percent of the bid price will be required prior to award of contract. Payment of 25 percent of the bid price will be required at the time of contract award, 25 percent 30 days thereafter, and 25 percent each 15 days thereafter until full bid price is paid. Successful bids of $500 or less must be paid at the time of contract award.
