Show Cedar City will hold Rabies Clinic iiauicd viiiiiL- Cedar City will hold an annual Rabies Clinic announces Cedar's Animal Control officer Betty Neff. This will be held at Southern Utah Animal Hospital on N. Main under the supervision of Dr. Wendell Brooksby and Dr. Richard Bagle on Saturday, Feb. 12th, hours 9-12 and 2-5 p.m. The cost will be lowered for the day to $5.50 for rabies shot. The Animal Control officer and Sharon Webb will be on hand to again license the animals for 1977. The cost to license a female animal is $10.00 or $2.50 spayed and $7.50 for a male animal. After March 1st there will be a penalty for all animals without a license. We encourage all of you to come out and buy your license. You can also purchase your 1977 license at the Cedar City Office Building Monday through Friday between9-5 p.m. or at the Cedar City Animal Shelter Monday through Friday between hours 4 -5 p.m. Last year the national average indicated 55 percent of all households had a dog or cat or both. In 1976 Cedar licensed 480 pets but to date less than 100 tags have been sold. |
