I A hotline has gone into operation at the Utah Engineering Experiment Station to answer questions inspired by the statewide distribution of a home energy conservation booklet. The 29-page booklet is being mailed to more than 200.000 Utah home owners to encourage them to make energy conservation improvements. Specially trained students will man the hotline from noon to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, for approximately two months Jerry Zenger, Assistant director of the campus-based Experiment Station, said the trained personnel will assist the public with any questions they might have about implementing the booklet's recommendations -or energy conservation in general.
