Show NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE i f National Forest Timber I Sale, Dixie National Forest, p Billingjley Creek Horse I Sale, located within T38S, J R7W; Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Sealed bids will be I received by the Forest Supervisor, Federal j Building, P.O. Box 580, I Cedar City, Utah 84720, at j. 2:00 p.m. local time, at the place of opening, on October 17, 1977, to be followed immediately im-mediately by oral bidding ; for an estimated 431 M board feet of Ponderosa pine, Elgelmann spruce and other species of timber marked or ) otherwise designated for ! cutting. The minimum acceptable bid per M board $ feet is ponderosa pine $54.81; Engelmann spruce and other species $40.84. Ad-t- aitional deposit required for ; slash disposal is $1.34 per M i board feet of all species. The bid rates will be subject to adjustment during the period of the sale as provided for by the quar-i quar-i terly adjustment provisions of the timber sale contract, i In addition, there is within the sale area an unestimated volume of dead timber of all species which will be paid for at $1.00 per M board feet. Required bid guarantee is $1,800. This is a small business set-aside sale. Bids from others will be considered if no valid bid is received from a small business concern. All included timber shall be given domestic processing. Bidders are advised that violation of the domestic processing requirement constitutes breach of contract and may result in contract cancellation can-cellation or in refusal to award timber sales to violator, or debarment or suspension from bidding on future timber sales.
