Show Auditions scheduled for "Shenandoah" Virginia, based on the popular movie with the same name. Fred C. Adams, associate professor of theatre arts, will direct the SU Theatre '78 production. Production dates are November 18-19, and December 1-3. Information about the auditions may be obtained by contacting the SUSC theatre department, 586-3636. Auditions for "Shenandoah," "Shenan-doah," a musical dealing with one family's experiences ex-periences during the Civil War, will be held October 3 and 4, from 3-5 p.m., in the Southern Utah State College Little Theatre. "The upcoming SUSC production will require a cast of 50, all ages included. Everyone coming to audition must have a vocal number prepared to perform for judges," R. Scott Phillips, SUSC theatre promotions coordinator, said. "Shenandoah" is the story of the Anderson family of B $ l. -t - J PRESENT ART. SUSC librarian A. Tom Challis, Dr. John L. Syemour and SUSC President Royden Braithwaite show one of three watercolors recently purchased by Dr. Seymour and donated to SUSC. Kathv Wilson, wife of Salt Lake City Mayor Ted Wilson, painted each. One will be displayed in the president's office, the other two in the library. |
