Show NEWS FROM PARAGOIIAH Mrs. Hilma JLamoreaux Mr. and Mrs. Mont Poulson Jeft for Roosevelt and Vernal Thursday to spend two weeks visiting with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. James H. An- Mrs.. Roene Lund traveled to Cedar City Sunday to take care of the family of her son Heber while he and his wife were out of town. . Mrs. Alice Robinson was well enough to leave the nursing nurs-ing home in Cedar City Friday, Fri-day, and was taken back to the Rest Home in Parowan for the present. Mrs. Irene Robinson was released re-leased from the University Hospital in Salt Lake City last week and is convalescing in Orem at the home of her son Elmo. Chester traveled to Orem Saturday to see his wife and was accompanied by his granddaughter, Miss Kath-y Kath-y Edwards of Cedar City. The two returned home Sunday. George A. Topham was in Cedar City for several days last week visiting with his son Waldo and other family members. One evening the McLean Simkins and Lyman Dodge couples joined the others oth-ers at the Topham home for a get-together. Mrs. Hilma Lamoreaux, her sister Ada ReJbinson and their mother, Mrs. Hannah Robinson, Robin-son, Mrs. Meva Barton, Mrs. Idella Robinson, Mrs. Delores Robinson, Mrs. Wilma Lamoreaux Lamor-eaux and Mrs. Erma Lamoreaux Lamor-eaux were in Parowan Wednesday Wed-nesday evening to attend a bridal shower for Miss Gay Lynn Benson. Mr. and Mrs. Cyril Partner have been enjoying a visit from their son Max and his wife and two children of Ren-ton, Ren-ton, Washington. The family arrived here Feb. 18 and stayed stay-ed for a week. Mrs. Vera Larsen of Arcadia Arcad-ia traveled to St. George Saturday Sat-urday with her son-in-law Milton Poulson after visiting here with the family for more than a week. Walter Talibot accompanied his son Roy to Kaysville Tuesday of last week and visited vis-ited there with him and in Salt Lake City with his brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Lister until Friday. Fri-day. Mrs. Edith Marsing returned return-ed to her home in Ogden Fri derson had visitors on Thursday Thurs-day of last week. Jim's brothers, broth-ers, sisters-in-law and sisters came from Beaver to spend the evening. There were Mr. and Mrs. Acel Gillies, Mr. and Mrs. Jaye Gillies, Mrs. Leola Limb and Mrs. Zona Myers. They were celebrating Mrs. Myers' birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Anderson Ander-son and four younger children of Kanab were in town Saturday Satur-day to visit with the James H. Andersons. Mrs. Coleen Clark of Henderson, Hen-derson, Nev. and Mrs. Geneva Jones of Cedar City were recent re-cent visitors here with Mr. and Mrs. D. Amasa Stones. Mr. and Mrs. Antone Robinson Rob-inson of Salt Lake City were here the first of the week to attend to business matters and to visit with grandmother, grandmoth-er, Mrs. Hannah Rdbinson, the James H. Andersons and others. oth-ers. Mr. and Mrs. Angus Topham of Salt Lake City were in town Sunday and Monday and were visitors at the George A. Topham home. Mrs. Helen Barton and her daughter Debbie traveled to Salt Lake City Thursday of last week to attend a bridal shower at which Miss Barton was guest of honor. The party was given by Deibbies former roommate, Miss Gay Keen and about 20 friends and relatives rel-atives attended. Mrs. Barton and Detobie were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Dailey of Murray and returned return-ed home Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Gale of Beaver were in town Monday to visit with the Orson and Renford Talibot families. Mitchell and Hugh Robinson Robin-son of Cedar City were Saturday Satur-day visitors at the Calvin Robinson home. Mr. and Mrs. James H. Among the close family members who attended the Barton wedding party in Par-agonah Par-agonah on Feb. 18 were grand-mother, grand-mother, Mrs. Ha Barton, Mr. and Mrs. Clark Barton and daughter Kay Lin, Mrs. Teresa Ter-esa Barton, Mr. and Mrs. Billy McConnell, Jimmy McConneil and his fiancee, all of Cedar City and Mrs. Beatrice Davis and daughters, Vicki and Bon- nie of Fillmore. |
