Show St. George Temple rites unite Raedell Leigh, La Voy Woolsey iRaedell Leigh and LaVoy Woolsey were married in rites at the St. George Temple January Jan-uary 29, conducted by Pres. Theron Ashcroft. The wedding party and invited in-vited guests were then graciously graci-ously served a luncheon at the Bloomington Country Club. Hostessing the affair were the groom's mother, Mrs. Ramona Eaplin, and his sister, Mrs. Mary Turnbeaugh. Highlight of the event was an enormous flaming baked alaskan prepared pre-pared and presented by the chef. After their return from a weeks honeymoon in the Las Vegas, Nev. and Flagstaff, Ariz, area the couple were honored at an Open House, February 5, held in the beautiful beaut-iful home of Michael, and Tamara Higbee, sister of the bride.' Traveling from Farmington, New Mexico for the wedding and Open House were Mr. and Mrs. Elmo J. Roibison, parents of the bride. The iRobison's are former residents of Cedar City. . . The groom was joined at the Open House by his parents, Dee L, Woolsey, Mrs. Ramona Esplin and his sister Annette. The bride wore a white floor length jump suit and matching match-ing vest accented with trim of gold braid and gold shoes. She carried a bouquet of white carnations sprinkled with tiny orange rose buds. The bride's attendants were her sisters, Tamara Higbee, Lainna MeCalbe, Yvonne Wray and Cheryl Rabison. Each was attired in floor length gowns of orange, rust or antique gold. The ibride's mother wore an orange gown arrayed with rhinstones. The groom's mother moth-er was attired in a gold blouse accented toy an array of colors in a peasant skirt. Joyce Munford attended the guest book, and serving of guests was graciously done by Donna Clark, Rowena Ash-down, Ash-down, Sheri Harrison, and Toni Higbee. Petite Junior attendants were Avece Higlbee, Debbie Munford and Pamela Munford. Bradley MeCabe served as page. The cake was a beautiful four tier decorated with orange or-ange roses and a quaint replica rep-lica of the St. George Temple. The table setting, punch and delicious mints were prepared pre-pared by the bride's mother. A personal shower was previously pre-viously held for the bride toy Joyce Munford and Donna Clark. The groom is employed toy CF&I Steel Corporation and the bride Is presently employed employ-ed by Utah International, Inc. They plan to make their home in Cedar City. |
