Show I KflMRRAVILLE HEWS Verde Williams of Wells, Nevada, spent Sunday with his mothar and sister, Ethna and Barbara Williams. He came to get his two sons, Ky. le and Kelly, to spend a week with him. Mr. and Mrs. Jack PoUock and family of Orem, and Mr. and Mrs. Denor Pollock and girls of Las Vegas, visited here with their mother, Arvil. la Woodbury. Mr. and Mrs. Aurlius Has. tern returned home Friday after spending a month in Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Cornelius Corneli-us and Tony attended a Laub reunion in Enterprise Saturday. Satur-day. Two of Mrs. Cornelius sisters, Joyce and Shanna Stewart came home with tlur-m to spend a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Rose and Robin are here spending a week with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rose Williams. Neils and Chris Knudson, who are working at Grand Canyon, spent Saturday and Sunday here with their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Knudson. Spending the weekend with their mother and grandmother, grandmoth-er, Mrs. Rosella Chrlstensen, were Mrs. Coy Berry, Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Berry and his two children. Johnny recently recent-ly brought his family home from Thailand. The Berry all live In La Habra, California. Visiting relatives and friends Monday were Mrs. La-Dene La-Dene Walker and daughters Suzie and Rose Graff, Corry Miller and Troy Newby, and Marc Elder of San Francisco, Calif. Marc is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Hey-wood. Hey-wood. His mother is the former form-er LaFawn Williams. Mrs. Alva Batty and son Travis returned home Friday after spending two weeks in Salt Lake City with Danny and Elaine Stokes and new son. Mrs. Janice Robinson and girls of Las Vegas, are here spending a week with her mother-in-law, Mrs, Maude Robinson. J. P. Smith of Las Vegas and his brother and wife spent the weekend hero visiting visit-ing friends. Mrs. Vergene uavis and children returned home Sunday Sun-day after spending two weeks in Wells, Nevada, where Vergene Ver-gene hag employment. Ronda Carol and Nancy Woodruff returned to their home in Willets, Calif, after spending a month here with their mother and step father, Maggie and Gene Ramsey. Mr. and Mrs. Wally Johnson John-son of Bountiful visited Monday Mon-day with Mrs. Alenna Berry Mrs. Neva Strever and two daughters of El Paso, Texas, Hanna and Shellie Davis of Henderson, Nev. came Monday Mon-day to visit Mr. and Mrs. Delile Davis. Mrs. Merl Miller and children child-ren of Seattle, Wash, and Mrs. Jeri Newby and children of St. George spent Wednesday with their grandmother, Francis Williams. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Williams and daughter Vicki of Win-nemucca, Win-nemucca, Nev., spent the weekend here. Mr. and Mrs. Allen Davis and son of Las Vegas spent the weekend here with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Batty, and Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Davis, Lamar Lee is in the Valley View Medical Center. He was thrown from a horse and kivk-ed kivk-ed and has several broken bones, cuts and bruises. Kevin and Ricky Pollock of Las Vegas are here spending two weeks with their grandmothers, grand-mothers, Hettie Pollock and Arvilla Woodbury. . |
